Focus Team - Affordable Management, Maintenance
     
CSC has developed a "FOCUS TEAM" approach to manage our clients’ service and maintenance needs
Our "FOCUS TEAM" consists of managers, field engineers, and bench technicians directly responsible for responding to a particular client. Every attempt is made to send out field technicians who are already familiar with the installation site and equipment. A service manager who exercises daily responsibility for the timeliness and quality of all service responses directly supervises each team. This approach permits us to offer several benefits to our clients in the way of savings and reduced downtime. A "FOCUS TEAM" quickly learns the "spirit and intent" associated with formal contract requirements and the unique requirements of each client.

  • Planning sensitive to privacy, security and control needs
          CSC is sensitive to the privacy needs of its clients. CSC employees hold in confidence any plans, documents, blueprints, or meeting content with which they come in contact. CSC never discusses a client’s needs or plans with any outside source without the permission of the client.

    Planning that looks to the future
          CSC works with its client to take a professional and educated look into the immediate future of the client’s site needs and provides the type of planning that avoids the pitfalls of an "under-planned" system.

    Project deadlines are completed within contract limits
          The focus service team fulfills all responsibilities at the designated service location. Our staff personnel are fully qualified designers and field engineers capable of on-site repair and installations of desktop, LAN, and WAN configurations. They are trained to diagnose both hardware and software system faults and to take appropriate remedial and corrective action.

    Project emergency responses are made with assigned personnel
          Priority and emergency responses are best managed by the same individuals who are assigned to a site on a daily basis. It is these individuals, who are acquainted with the client’s equipment and location who can best respond in priority and emergency calls.

    Project management controls are maintained
          Periodic reviews of resource times, time-on-job requirements, and budget status are conducted to measure the adequacy of the focus service team’s performance. Problem areas are quickly noted and corrective actions are instituted immediately.

    Project plans are developed and kept current
          Project plans are developed, time lines established, and installations are managed. Project plans are forwarded to the client for review and approval, and the client is informed as to any modifications made or recommended.

    Project reporting is complete and accurate
          Reporting strategies include the needs of the client. At regularly scheduled reporting meetings, the client is apprised as to the current status of the project, operational status of equipment, and any problems that have arisen.

    Project services are completed with assigned personnel
          Because the focus service team approach dedicates specific personnel to a client project, client personnel easily identify with individuals. This identification of our staff with your project promotes confidence in both services and installation routines.
